CloudEngine S5731S-S24T4X-A1 is a next-generation standard gigabit switch with 24*10/100/1000BASE-T ports, 4*10GE SFP+ ports. It provides GE electrical/optical downlink ports and 10GE uplink ports. The switch offers Forwarding performance: 126 Mpps and Switching capacity: 1.36 Gbps/13.6 Gbps
Based on high-performing hardware and Versatile Routing Platform (VRP). S5731S-S supports simplified operations and maintenance (O&M), intelligent stack (iStack), flexible Ethernet networking. It also provides enhanced Layer 3 features and mature IPv6 features.
Furthermore, S5731S-S supports Telemetry technology, allowing real-time collection of device data and uploading it to Huawei iMaster NCE campus network analysis component CampusInsight. CampusInsight analyzes network data through intelligent fault identification algorithms, accurately showing the real-time network status, and can promptly and effectively pinpoint faults as well as identify the causes of faults, detecting network issues that affect user experience and ensuring user experience with precision. It also supports intelligent operations and maintenance for audio and video services. Based on the Enhanced Media Delivery Index (eMDI) feature, the device acts as a monitoring node to periodically collect and report audio and video service metrics to the iMaster NCE campus network analysis component CampusInsight. CampusInsight then combines the monitoring results from multiple nodes to quickly pinpoint quality-related faults in audio and video services.
